KTMDarin > An old piece of bicycle tubing provided insulation from the steel bar allowing the grip to heat up quicker because the metal is now insulated. This is an alternative to using black electrical tape which the heat will soften the glue causing the grip to turn.

KTMDarin > Throttle side heating elemet attached and ready to zip tie wire along the handle bars.

KTMDarin > Mounted located of the on/off/on switch with a waterproof cover to keep water out. Switch came supplied from Dual-Star

KTMDarin > The Katoon is at parade rest --receiving new tires, fork seals and fork boots.

KTMDarin > Waterproof grease packed inside dust protector to keep out dirt/water and overall crap that can cause the main seals to leak --they will leak and they do leak, hopefully this grease and the neoprene protectors will do the trick --UPDATE 1/23/2007 8,000 miles later and no leaks! I'm sold!!

KTMDarin > Wind deflectors, an excellent choice to defend the wind and help keep you paws warm during the winter months.

KTMDarin > Fork protection from mud and dirt --to help prevent premature wear of the fork seals
